We apply these conditions with the sole modification that if you do not arrive and you have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged for the entire stay.

A 30% rental deposit is taken with your booking.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before the start of your stay, your rental deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before the start of your stay, 50% of your rental deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel your reservation between 60 and 90 days before the start of your stay, 25% of your rental deposit if forfeited.

If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days before the start of your stay, the entire rental deposit will be refunded.
